Ingredients:
35ml Southern Comfort
20ml lemon juice
20ml apple juice
Two bar spoons of
apricot jam
Eight mint leaves
15ml sugar syrup
Lemon wedge and a sprig of mint to garnish

How to make:
Place the mint leaves into a jam jar and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients to the jam jar. Half fill with crushed ice, screw the jam jar lid on and shake vigorously. Remove the lid and top with crushed ice. Finish with garnish and try serving the jar on its lid.
