THREE men who plotted to flood London’s streets with £8million worth of speed and cannabis have been jailed for more than sixteen years – but the mystery kingpin behind it all is still on the loose.

Cops arrested the trio with over half-a-tonne of the illegal drugs after they were shipped across the Channel from France.
