DENIES ASSAULT

A 45-year-old man accused of punching and kicking his sister and another woman in the middle of a bingo hall was granted bail.

Mark Moore allegedly attacked her after a disagreement over their dead father’s headstone.He denies two charges of common assault following the alleged incident on December 15 last year in the Elephant and Castle bingo hall.

The trial date was fixed for July 30 and More, of Ravensbourne Road in Catford was granted bail until then.
