COUNCIL STAFF FIND BODY FLOATING IN DOCK

EXCLUSIVE
A lifeless body was discovered floating in a Rotherhithe dock by two council staff on Tuesday afternoon.

The black male, believed to be between 30 and 50-years-old, had not been identified yesterday and police had not established the cause of death.
