GALLERIA'S A BIT SHELLFISH

Fish lovers can rejoice as the annual oyster and seafood fair is returning to Hay's Galleria this month.

The fair, in its seventeenth year, will see some of the finest fish and seafood cooked by top chefs.

Dishes to be whipped up include paella, Thai, using ingredients from mussels to crab and langoustines.

And for those in need of a refreshed palate, New Zealand wines, glasses of champagne and pints of Guinness are also on offer.

The three day event runs from September 7 to 9 from 11am to 8pm, with a 6pm finish on the last day. Street entertainers, face painting and a steel band will also be entertaining the crowds.
