Regeneration that's a joke. Bermondsey Spa are more than halfway towards building 2000 new dwellings within a very small area. To do this they have taken away the best Play Area for miles from Spa Park and left almost nothing in return for building on a Park that was never supposed to have been built on and demolished the Adventure Playarea that was on Spa Road. So there is nothing for the children, the schools will be even more oversubscribed and don't look for a parking space. At the same time they even built on top of roads making them very narrow. What idiot makes these decisions and doesn't listen to the objections of the residents, well we have more antisocial behaviour than ever before and it can only get worse as more buildings go up.
