GRAPEFRUIT & CHILLI MARTINI - BALTIC SPECIAL

Ingredients:
40 ml grapefruit vodka
20 ml pink grapefruit liqueur
10 mil fresh lemon juice
dash of honey water
one fresh red grapefruit, sliced
one very small piece of fresh, hot chilli

How to make:
Take the slices of red grapefruit and mix with some fresh chilli - add sparingly and/or according to taste.
Add the remaining ingredients and give the mixture a good shake.
Strain the cocktail mix into a Martini glass. Decorate with a slice of the grapefruit.
