Pumpkin divine

£7  Despite its deceptively feminine name this powerful variation of a dry martini is a very masculine cocktail. Its strength is somewhat softened though by the sweetness of the seasonal pumpkin. Made from fine ingredients its sweet and soft flavour makes for a strong but unique and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients
2 slices of fresh pumpkins
10 ml Quantro
5 ml Gum syrup
50 ml Ketel One Vodka

How to make:
Fill the shaker with all the ingredients, muddle, then shake well.
Pour through two strainers into a small glass.
Add a slice of pumpkin to the top of the glass.
Enjoy.
