Decor
A combination of a light, bright and airy front and a dimly lit comfortable back. The transformation from the  previous shabby décor of the Hole in the Wall to the classy understated look of The Trinity is startling.

Ambience
Although it is set directly on the busy and noisy Borough High Street you would never know this once you get inside. Clientele is a lively mixture of nearby office workers and the growing band of young and trendy residents.

Cocktails
A comprehensive cocktail list offers a plethora of options all charged at £5. Favourites include the Corrupt Russian (a lethal blend of double cream, citron vodka and kahlua garnished with a mint sprig), the fresh Brazilian Caprihana and the classic Mojito.

Drinks
Budvar, Staropramen and Heineken on tap for £3.30. Amstel is the house lager, at around £3. A pint of Guinness clocks in at £3.10, whilst a large glass of house wine is £4. For non-drinkers it’s only £1.50 for a softy.

Food
Coming in between £5 - £6.50, what The Trinity’s menu lacks in sizzling culinary innovation it more than makes up for in quality, portion size and freshness. The top three dishes are Sausage and Mash, Steak Burgers and the Japanese style Beef Teriyaki Sandwich.

 Regular: Jenna Durdle, 27
“I come here all the time! I’m really glad The Trinity has opened because now I have decent pub right on my doorstep!”
