TELL US WHAT YOU WANT FOR SE15

I am delighted to see the Peckham and Nunhead Area Action Plan being covered in such detail ("Peckham's future", p8, May 7).

It really is an opportunity for every resident to say what their streets, shops, transport and services will look like in the future - and not just for people who already get involved in their community. We especially want to hear from young people - because in 20 years' time they are the ones who will be most affected by the outcome of the Peckham and Nunhead plan.

One thing they don't need to worry about, though, is Summer Road becoming a tram depot. If we get the Cross River Tram, the Summer Road site is one of the options for a tram terminus - very different from a depot.

Nunhead residents should also not feel left out. Nunhead's future is at the heart of the plan - and if we've missed anything off that people want changed or improved, then tell us!
