How to make:
Place 4 slices of lime, 2 spoonfuls of brown sugar into the bottom of the glass.
Roll 6 mint leaves in your hands to release its aroma and add to glass.
Muddle with a pestle until sugar is absorbed.
Add crushed ice.
Pour 50ml of spiced rum (havana especial) over the ice.
Stir vigorously with a bar spoon.
Top up with crushed ice and a small splash of soda. Serve!
