LEADING INTERNET ESTATE AGENT GIVE LONDON STUDENTS A HELPING HAND

University of London students are being given useful, practical advice on how to avoid potential pitfalls when renting property. Experts from Wooster & Stock, one of London's leading estate agencies, this week visited Goldsmiths to explain the intricacies of the letting market and answer questions from students looking to rent property in London. 

Jenny Holland, Lettings Manager, Wooster & Stock, comments: "For students, finding a suitable home can be a minefield as, for many of them, going to university is the first time they have lived away from their family.

They usually have no prior experience of the housing market and it is therefore very important that potential tenants take advice from a reputable source. By attending these student housing events, we are hoping to give students the information they need to find their perfect property to live in.
