Bar Blue Martini

£8.50 This classy combination takes advantage of the classic mix of mint, chilli and lemon to produce an amazing take on the apple martini. You've to watch your hand with the chilli to get the balance right, but when it comes together the ingredients work spectacularly well, to produce one of those brilliant cocktails that are bold but refined.
25 ml Grey Goose Citron Vodka
15 ml Manza Pomme Verde (sour apple liqueur)
3 Mint leaves
5ml Lychee liqueur
Few drops of sugared chilli sauce
(water, chopped chillis and sugar) - optional
Dash of lemon juice
Dash of apple juice
25 ml Lychee Juice
A dash of sugar syrup
Two small chillis to decorate
How to make:
Fill a shaker glass with ice. Add all of the ingredients and shake. Pour through two strainers (so no mint gets through) into a martini glass.
