Ingredients
35ml Krupnik honey vodka
15 ml La Fée absinthe
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml liquid sugar
5ml of egg white

How to make:
Throw all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with loads of ice. Give it a really good shake to create a nice foamy mixture with the egg white.
Stream the drink into a Martini glass. Peel some lemon skin into a spiral - do it over the glass to get some lemon zest into the cocktail for extra flavour.
