A 33-year-old man will be sentenced at the Crown Court, after admitting to possession of two cans of lighter fuel whilst heavily drunk and to breaching his ASBO in a Peckham side street.
Richard Wright, of no fixed abode, had pleaded guilty to the offence on Friday, May 1, but his sentence will be dished out by the Inner London Crown Court after his pre-sentence reports were prepared.
Wright, who was bailed to live and sleep at a Catford address for a series of previous offences, was caught in Parkstone Road on April 30 with the flammable fluids in a part of Peckham that he was banned from and had his bail extended until his next court date.
