Vanilla on the Grass
Southwark Rooms,

£7.50  This is a sweet, fruity little number that is perfect for summer evenings. The creamy vanilla and the slightly tart apple juice combo sits lightly on the palate and almost makes you forget that you're drinking around three shots of hard liquor. 

Ingredients:
A few sprigs of fresh mint
1 shot vanilla vodka
1 shot Bison Grass vodka
10ml vanilla liqueur
10ml Chambord
Apple Juice

How to make:
Tear off a few mint leaves and roll them in your hands to bruise them. Stuff them in the bottom of a long glass. Add the vanilla vodka, Bison Grass vodka, vanilla liqueur and apple juice to a cocktail shaker and shake them together with ice. Strain the contents of your cocktail shaker into the tall glass with the mint. Add ice, and then top with the Chambord. Garnish with a few more leaves of mint and drink through a straw.
