DRUG CHARGES

12 July 2012

A 24-year old charged with drug dealing offences was granted unconditional bail while his case was prepared.

Stefan Pemberton-Morton stands accused of dealing 77 wraps of heroin, crack cocaine, and cannabis. He was arrested on December 23 last year and faces two counts of possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply and one count of possession of a Class B with intent.

Charge details show that he is alleged to have had the drugs at his home address. The magistrate panel declined jurisdiction over the case.

Pemberton-Morton, of Delawyk Crescent in North Dulwich, will next appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on August 16 for his case to be sent to the Crown court.
