The Southwark Chamber in conjunction with Southwark's Members of Parliament, Harriet Harman, Tessa Jowell and Simon Hughes cordially invite you to attend the first of a series of business meetings over the coming months to be held in 1st Floor Conference Room, Southbank Technopark, 90 London Road SE1 6LN.  

The objectives of this first meeting will be to create a dialogue and a process  with key business leaders in Southwark in a bid to help businesses through the current global financial crisis. 

There are many initiatives being discussed by the Government regarding how they can work in conjunction with agencies and bodies of influence to support businesses, with regards to cash flow, credit lines being reduced, high interest rates, and increasing utility prices. 

One of the core outcomes that is desired from this meeting is to assess how to work together in delivering mechanisms of relief at a local level and to express real concerns with our Members of Parliament.
