BANNED TOXIC skin bleaching products are being sold to teenagers by back street pharmacists, a News investigation can reveal.

Undercover reporters for the paper posing as shoppers found potentially lethal, unlicensed skin whitening creams with prescription-only steroid ingredients being sold illegally under the counter at one Rye Lane beauty shop for as little as £3.99.
