“MONEY GRABBING” council chiefs are raking in £1m a year in traffic fines at a single Peckham junction, the News can reveal.

More than 7,000 tickets – or 20 tickets a day – have been slapped on unsuspecting motorists at the junction between Rye Lane and Heaton Road in the last year, leading to accusations that signage has been left “deliberately vague” at the lucrative spot.
