A teenage boy was taken to hospital after being injured in a collision with a car in Bermondsey.
Police were called to reports of a collision involving a car and pedestrian on Clements Road, near the junction with St James’ Road, shortly before 5pm yesterday, Thursday.
The pedestrian, believed to be in his early teens, was taken to hospital by ambulance and was said to be in a stable condition last night.
His injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
Road closures were put in place while officers dealt with the incident.
