Fed up with sauces from a jar when you're trying to whip up a frenzy in the kitchen? Well one local restaurant could be serving up just what you need - with twice weekly FREE cookery courses in Thai cuisine.

Thai Pavillion East is offering free demonstrations in its restaurant, by the Imperial War Museum, where all you are expected to provide is just one item to go in the meal!

And from August 1 fully prepared dishes of fresh ingredients will be made available so budding cooks can cook at home. The dishes can even be delivered to your home.

The two hour demonstration only has space for 20 people per session, so booking’s essential.

The cookery demonstrations start from Sunday, July 1, and will be held twice weekly - 7pm on Thursday night starting from July 5, and every Sunday at 2pm.

This will take about 2 hours. Availabilities are limited to 20 participants on each day so booking is essential.
