How did you start your business?
Well, I have always liked books, and especially second hand ones. I don't think anyone starts out wanting to be a second hand book shop owner, but after I had been a teacher for a few years I thought that second hand books might be an easier way of making money.

What interested you in working here?
Well, I knew the area from before, but I came here because I was offered a shop by the owners here.

What do you like about working here?
I think people who buy books are always going to be friendly because they are interested in special subjects. In this area people are also very varied and from so many different cultures, so it is always nice to talk to people.
