The first exhibition of residents and guest artists will take place at Thames Tunnel Mills in Rotherhithe.

The exhibition is made up of mixed media work that includes painting, drawing, collage, sculpture, fashion and photography.

Thames Tunnel Mills is a 19th century flour mill next to The Mayflower in Rotherhithe Street that was restored into apartments in 1983. The Grade II listed building has won three architectural awards and has fantastic views of the river.

Brazilian born Ricardo Mandarino uses coloured paper to create works inspired by physics. He will also show digital photography of London landmarks.

Polish born Erwin Michalec is inspired by folklore from the Curplan region of Poland where he grew up in a large female dominated family.

Welsh born Andrew Harry uses beads, sequins and fabric paints to customise clothing and create one off pieces.

London born Loren Scott uses strong colours and textures to give her oil paintings work depth and movement.

Richard Hoey's sculptures are inspired by his travels spiritually and in ancient art. He combines materials such as metal, earth pigments, plaster and waxes to produce individual and abstract elements to each and every one of his pieces.

Hygino Castro will show his juggling artwork through a mixture of vibrant colourful and hypnotising photos.

Geraint Edwards uses corrugated card, paper, wood and reclaimed materials to produce sculptures that are innovative and fluent.

Lynda Haggis began to explore the world of creative textiles some years ago by pure chance. Her work is still in the process of unfolding with each new piece providing an opportunity to explore new ideas and inspiration to continue her creative journey.
