THE REGENERATION of the area surrounding the Den could help Millwall finally shake off their once notorious image, according to Lions chief executive Andy Ambler.

Plagued by a bad reputation for decades, Ambler believes the £1billion investment into the area, which includes a new train station and improvements to the exterior of the Den, could help the club enter a new era.
