Watermelon Martini

£8  This has a fresh fruity taste. Only the very sweetest melons are used when making it, otherwise the drink will hold too much water. Despite having sugar syrup in it, which gives a sharp kick, the cocktail is very light and refreshing. Ideal to have on a summer evening.

Ingredients:
1/8 of a Water Melon
50ml of Stolichnaya Vodka
15 ml of Sugar Syrup

How to make:
A cocktail so simple to make you could soon be doing the boys behind the bar out of a job!
Place all the ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake the container vigorously to crush the ice and to extract all the juices from the water melon.
Get a nice martini glass and strain the liquid straight, in to get a delicious drink that is nice and refreshing for the summer.
