Blackberry puree, ½ shot ketal citron vodka with lychee juice, topped with pink champagne.
How to make:
Fill the bottom third with blackberry puree. Shake half a shot of citron vodka with a dash of lychee juice with ice, before layering over the thick puree. Then delicate add the pink champagne to complete the three layers signature cocktail.
Not too much alcohol but a healthy fizzy kick
