A ten-year-old Bermondsey girl raised more than £300 for terminally ill children by selling cakes in the Blue market on Saturday (October 23).
Kasey is baked a wide variety of sweet treats, including cupcakes, brownies and chocolate chip cookies to support kids hospice Helen and Douglas House, her mother Kelly said.
Kasey, Kelly and friends, who live in Drappers Way, were in the Blue from 11am on Saturday. Kasey loves baking and did all the mixing and preparation herself, Kelly said.
This isn’t the first time Kasey has raised money for charity. She has also helped support bone cancer and breast cancer charities, after her grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer.
