Four garden installations using materials recycled from show gardens will be on display at London Bridge station this summer.
The ‘New Forms’ project, commissioned by Team London Bridge and supported by Network Rail, will see four temporary gardens by young designers come to Stainer Street.
Each designer has been given a set palette of materials to use as they wish, with but must use a specific material at the end of their garden which will link to the next garden.
The installations hope to challenge people’s idea with their urban environments and also highlight how materials can be creatively reused.
After the installations finish, all plants and materials will be given over to community projects, said Team London Bridge.
