FA Albin & Sons have invited people to honour their loved ones at the funeral directors’ annual Christmas remembrance service.
The event, which will take place on the evening of Wednesday, December 3, was attended by over 1,000 people last year.
As always, it will be held in Albin’s memorial garden in Culling Road, with the gates opening at 6pm and the service beginning an hour later.
Barry Albin-Dyer, who passed away earlier this year after comforting thousands during his career, will be among those remembered at this year’s service. As with every year, Albins intend it to be for all local families remembering their loved ones.
People wishing to remember late family members or friends can take part in a gold star tribute on the day. Memorial messages will be written on the paper stars and hung up on a Christmas tree in the garden. The stars are now available to collect from any of the Albin offices.
Hot refreshments will be available before and after the service.
