Appeal after reports of ‘outraging public decency’ incident on Northern line

Police investigating a report of public indecency on the underground are trying to identify a man who could help their enquiries.

The incident of outraging public decency occurred on board a south-bound Northern line service travelling from King’s Cross to Oval on Friday, December 18, at 3.18pm. 

Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
