Peabody is now accepting applications for this year’s Community Fund.
The housing charity is looking for projects aimed at helping the 133,000 Peabody households across London, with more than £700,000 available in total.
Priority will be given to idea that help the most disadvantaged communities, work that is led by Peabody residents, and youth projects.
In Southwark, there are 3,999 people living in Peabody-managed homes.
More than half a million in grants has been donated in previous years across London through the fund.
Peabody director, Veronica Kirwan, said: “This programme has a strong track record of supporting projects and activities that improve the quality of life of Peabody residents and the wider community.
“It is a fantastic opportunity for those who work in our communities to get funding for their chosen activity or project to help make a real difference to the lives of people in our neighbourhoods.”
The application deadline is Tuesday, July 2, 2019.
