Grants of up to £10,000 are now available for charities and community projects in Elephant and Castle.
The Elephant and Castle Community Fund, set up by Southwark Council and Lendlease, launched in 2012 and has now given out £200,000 to more than 40 groups within the area.
Winners last year included My First 1,000 Days, a group that started off helping vulnerable pregnant women but has now grown to help a wider range of people.
Funding was put towards extra yoga and zumba classes for young carers in the Elephant and Castle area.
Other winners included Disability Sports Coach, which helps get disabled children involved in sport, and Business Launchpad, which helps young people aged sixteen to thirty set up their own business.
Applications must related to further education, skill-building, training and entrepreneurship, arts and culture, environment, older residents and wellbeing.
The deadline for submissions is noon, Monday, April 8.
