Two pictures of a man have been released by police, after officers’ say he posed as a council worker in order to enter an OAP’s home.
Officers want to identify him after they say a man gained entry to a flat in Camberwell’s Mary Datchelor Close by telling the 70-year-old woman resident that he worked for Southwark Council.
Nothing was stolen and the woman was not injured.
These stills were taken from a nearby housing office on CCTV, and officers are appealing to this man to hand himself in.
Anyone who recognises him should call 101 quoting CAD 4728/nov26.
