A charity supporting single fathers in Southwark is opening a new food bank during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dads House, based in Elephant and Castle shopping centre, will open the food bank next Tuesday (April 14) to support families struggling to access food.
It will then run on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11am to 4pm. The charity is now appealing for donations of food, toiletries, and other essentials to ensure they are fully stocked.
Volunteers are already helping to get the food bank ready in time for launch day.
