A fourteen-year-old boy appeared in court yesterday, charged with two counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and two counts of kidnap, after two boys were allegedly forced off a bus in Elephant and Castle.
The teenage victims were said to have boarded the 133 bus in Brixton just before 8pm on February 11.
A male suspect boarded the same bus and approached the two boys, reportedly telling them he had a knife.
The boys said they were forced off the bus at Newington Butts, where they allege they were made to fight each other in a park and steal from a nearby shop. The boys claim they were then led to the stairwell of a block of flats in Walworth, where one was forced to perform a sex act on the other.
A 14-year-old was arrested and charged with inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and kidnap on Friday and appeared at Camberwell Magistrate’s Court on Saturday.
He was remanded to the care of the local authority while he awaited his appearance at South London Juvenile Court yesterday.
