A trident investigation has been launched after reports of shots fired on Blenheim Grove last Friday.
Police officers were called at around 11.20pm on Friday, May 4, to reports of gunshots on Blenheim Grove near Peckham Rye station, with the area then cordoned off.
The shutters of a shop in Blenheim Grove were damaged, but there were no reported injuries.
A Met spokesperson confirmed three male suspects rode away from the scene on two mopeds.
It is believed that one of the males had fired a shot towards a man who was riding a bicycle on Blenheim Grove, but the shot missed and struck the shop.
Trident officers investigating the incident have appealed for witnesses and anyone with information to call detectives at Trident South via 101, quoting ref 9229/ May4, or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
