A man is set to appear in court after police were called to reports of a firearm discharge in Bermondsey.
Officers were called to reports of a firearm discharge in Weston Street, SE1, at about 5.35pm on Wednesday, April 11.
Shivonny Shillingford, 23, of Burbage Close, SE1, was subsequently charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
The defendant is expected to appear in custody at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court today Friday, April 13.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Officers from the Trident and Area Crime Command continue to investigate.
