More pop-up vaccination clinics to be held for over 40s across Southwark

Anyone aged 40 and above yet to receive a first jab can turn up on the day

42213Cllr Charlie Smith, one of the first Southwark politicians to receive a COVID-19 jab. He has encouraged other eligible people to book their vaccines.

A pop-up vaccination clinic is being held at East Street Market from 9am on Wednesday, May 25.

The clinic, which runs until 11.30am and is based near Dawes Street is for anyone aged 40 or over who is yet to have their first jab.

Another walk-in event will be held this Saturday (May 29), at Celestial Church of Christ Elephant and Castle Parish at 187 Glengall Road, SE15 6RS, from 12-4pm. Again, anyone over 40 who has not received a first jab is invited to turn up. 

Attendees do not need to make an appointment and do not need to show ID.
