A motorcyclist was hospitalised after a collision with a car in Camberwell yesterday afternoon.
Police have confirmed the rider’s condition is believed to be ‘not life-threatening’.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 1pm Tuesday, June 1, after reports of the collision near the junction of Kennington Park and Brixton Road.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1:05pm (1 June) to reports of a road traffic collision involving a motorcyclist on Camberwell New Road.
“We sent an ambulance crew and a medic in a car to the scene.
“A man was treated and taken to hospital as a priority.”
Temporary road closures have now been lifted.
