A Bermondsey real estate agent is selling a ‘rare’ Victorian office dating back to 1890.
KALMARs is looking to sell the 2,896sq ft office which sits at 23 Jacob Street and 67 George Row – a grade II listed property.
While held on separate ground leases, the buildings are linked to form large offices.
KALMARs’ Joel Dela Cruz said: “Properties of this size and character are very rare in the SE1 market, which has become a magnet for media, technology and creative businesses in the past few years.
“Demand has been driven by occupiers looking for high-quality, accommodation in accessible and cost-effective locations. The interest we have already received in the property underlines the demand for offices within Victorian warehouse conversions, typical of the style found in this important, emerging market.”
