Southwark Council is appealing to residents across the borough to help them direct spending on youth services for over-fives.
An online consultation has been extended to September 27 for members of the public to have their say on how the council spends its money on playgrounds, sports coaching, arts sessions and day trips.
Councillor Maisie Anderson, cabinet member for public health, parks and leisure said: “We are proud of the huge range of activities we continue to offer children and young people in Southwark, despite huge government cuts to our funding.
“We want to make sure we are spending the money we do have in the best possible way, to benefit the greatest number of people, and we can only do that with input from local people. I would urge all young people and parents in the borough to fill in this survey and help us understand what is most important to them.”
