Children from a Rotherhithe primary school battled it out in a sports competition at the Olympic Park.
Key Stage 2 pupils from Redriff Primary School’s special education needs unit, the Boathouse, took part in the London & South East Primary Finals of the Panathlon Competition.
The children battled it out against 21 other schools at the Copper Box Arena to be crowned third after winning the Southwark Borough competition earlier this year.
A spokesperson for the school said the children showed “great determination, mental strength and support to each other” to come away with bronze medals, a certificate, and a trophy.
