A special day will be held in memory of Tommy Blackmore this Sunday, with all proceeds going towards a community charity fund being set up in the late Bermondsey boy’s name.
The fund will help towards a range of good causes in the area, from sponsorship for youth football teams to general fundraising appeals from local charities.
The event, held at Beckenham Town Football Club, will begin at midday on August 2.
A four-team football tournament will take place, while a bouncy castle and face-painters will entertain the kids. A raffle and auction will also take place, with a signed Millwall Football Club shirt up for grabs.
The event will start at midday and take place at Beckenham Town Football Club in Eden Park Avenue, Kent, BR33JL.
