Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was left with injuries to his face after a brutal attack in Surrey Quays station.
Police say the victim was walking towards the station just after 5pm on Boxing Day (December 26) last year when one of the two attackers threw yoghurt on him. He challenged them and one of them is then said punched him twice in the head.
They then chased him into the station and punched him in the face repeatedly, splitting open his cheek and leaving him with a swollen eye from the unprovoked assault.
Officers believe the men in the images may have information which could help their investigation.
