Police were called to Seeley Drive at 6.30pm yesterday (Wednesday, July 8) to reports of a stabbing.
The victim, who is believed to be eighteen-years-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
He has not yet been named by police, with officers saying work is underway to locate and inform his next of kin.
