Two people have been arrested in connection with a murder in Brixton.
Officers were called to reports of a fight at 5.55pm in Overton Road on Thursday, (August 20).
Upon arrival they found a 26-year-old with stab injuries and a critically injured 20-year-old in nearby Wynne Road.
The 20-year-old was taken to hospital but died at 8.53pm the same night. Although he has yet to be formally identified his next of kin have been informed.
A post-mortem examination is taking place at Greenwich Mortuary today (Saturday, August 22).

He remains under police guard after being arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
An overturned car was found in nearby Marcella Road, SW9, which is being investigated as linked to the attacks.
Detectives believe it may have collided with another car before overturning.
There are no reports of any injuries directly as a result of this collision.
A 19-year-old man has also subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody at a south London police station.
Detective Chief Inspector Richard Vandenbergh, who is leading the investigation, said: “We are making quick progress as we work to fully understand the chain of events that led to this young man losing his life.
“The incident took place on a busy street in the evening in front of horrified onlookers.
“My officers have made arrests and spoken to a number of witnesses, but I know there are more who have yet to speak to police.
