A youth worker and sports coach will run his first marathon in aid of a charity that helps disabled young people get into sport.
Jermaine McFarlane will support Get Kids Going, a charity that provides disabled people up to the age of 26 with specially-designed wheel chairs. These wheelchairs can allow disabled people to play a variety of sports, from sailing to rugby.
Jermaine said: “The aim is to raise awareness and £2000, so please help donate as much or little as possible. This will benefit so many young people in the United Kingdom who don’t normally have the access to resources to express themselves.
“I am very aware that we are in a financial crisis and we all have budgets but please think about the less fortunate.”
