A ROB Brown double sent Fisher through in the third round of the SCEFL Challenge Cup on Tuesday night.
Dean Harrison’s side were behind at St Paul’s after Jimmy Matthews’ goal for Snodland in the 32nd minute, but Brown equalised on the stroke of half-time.
And Brown got the winner eleven minutes from time to clinch the tie.
Last weekend, Fisher drew 1-1 at Deal Town in the SCEFL Premier Division to preserve their slim goal-difference lead at the top of the table.
The visitors went behind 29 minutes in but rescued a point ten minutes from time through Luke Haidarovic.
Fisher are locked on 47 points with Corinthian at the top of the table, with Beckenham Town a point back.
Harrison’s side are back in league action in Rotherhithe this Saturday. Bearsted are the visitors to St Paul’s for a 3pm kick-off.
