Gavin Rose has added Ben Chapman to his squad on a one-year deal from League One Gillingham.
Chapman, 20, made three senior appearances for the Gills after being in the Crystal Palace youth set-up.
Hamlet praised the “incredible support” of the 12th Man Scheme in being able to complete the transfer.
Rose has also signed target man Danny Mills, 28, from Ebbsfleet Town on a two-year contract. The 6ft 4ins forward spent last season on loan at Welling United, where he scored nine goals in 37 games.
Hamlet have agreed a one-year contract with Dominic Vose, following the midfielder’s impressive displays in 2018-19.
Meanwhile, Nathan Green and Sanchez Ming have left for National League South rivals Welling.
